Apprentice Application

Aptitude Assessment
Show Your Potential
If you meet our criteria, we'll ask you to complete an aptitude assessment. This measures your numeracy, technical, perceptual, and physics skills to match you with suitable opportunities.
First Stage Interview
Meet Our Advisors
Attend an interview with one of our training advisors to discuss your career goals, showcase your skills, and learn about the opportunities available through our apprenticeship programs.
Employer Matching
Shortlistings
We’ll refer shortlisted candidates to our partner employers for consideration. Employers may invite you for interviews to ensure you’re the right fit for their team and apprenticeship opportunities.
Assessing & Monitoring
(Years 2-4)
Apprentices return to your company to apply their skills to real tasks. We continually assess and monitor their progress, ensuring they meet professional standards with full support.
