4. Course Bookings & Cancellations

4.1 Availability

All courses are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course where minimum delegate numbers are not met or for operational reasons.

Where EKGTA cancels a course, delegates will be offered an alternative date or appropriate remedy in accordance with booking terms.

4.2 Delegate Substitution

Employers may substitute a delegate at any time prior to the course start date without additional charge, provided we are notified in advance.

4.3 Delegate Cancellation

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the course start date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• Failure to attend without notice will result in the full course fee being charged.

Detailed booking terms may be issued separately at the point of confirmation.

5. Online Payments

Where online payments are enabled:

• Payments may be processed via a third-party provider
• Additional payment terms may apply
• We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party systems

Specific payment terms will be made available at the point of purchase.

6. Apprenticeship Applications

Candidates may apply for apprenticeship opportunities via this website.

Submission of an application:

• Does not guarantee an interview
• Does not guarantee placement
• Does not create an employment contract

Candidate information is stored securely within our internal systems and may be displayed on the website through secure system integration.

7. Employer Login Area

Employers may be provided with access to a secure login area for the purpose of viewing information relating to apprentices currently employed within their organisation and undertaking training through EKGTA.

Users of the employer dashboard agree to:

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Not share access with unauthorised individuals
• Notify EKGTA immediately if login details are compromised
• Inform EKGTA promptly when an employee leaves or should no longer have access

Information displayed within the dashboard is provided solely for legitimate apprenticeship management purposes and must not be copied, distributed, or used for any unauthorised purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access where misuse or security concerns arise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos and branding, graphics, downloads, training materials, and course resources, is owned by or licensed to EKGTA unless otherwise stated.

Materials may be viewed or downloaded for legitimate business or personal reference only.
